Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing email to Chair of the organizing committee TNS28 no later than 5 pm EDT September 21, 2025. Registration fees, minus a THB 200, per-person processing fee, will be refunded after the conference has concluded if the cancellation notice is received by the deadline date

Note : When a registered participant cancels, the papers or abstracts will be withdrawn from the program and will not be published in the TNS28 Conference Proceedings.
