Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing email to Chair of the organizing committee TNS29 no later than 5 pm TST 1 July, 2026. Registration fees, minus a THB 200, per-person processing fee, will be refunded after the conference has concluded if the cancellation notice is received by the deadline date

Note : When a registered participant cancels, the papers or abstracts will be withdrawn from the program and will not be published in the TNS29 Conference Proceedings.
