\nGeneral Information<\/strong><\/span>

\nThe Associate School on Neuro-Enhancement for Brain Health will take place from May 6-14, 2024, at the Department of Physiology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. This event is a collaboration between the Department of Physiology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, and the Thai Neuroscience Society (TNS). It will be held concurrently with the International Conference on Neuroscience and Brain Health 2024 and the 27th Thai Neuroscience Society Conference from May 8-10, 2024, allowing participants to benefit from a diverse range of cutting-edge neuroscience research.
\n<\/span>
\nAcademic researchers and invited speakers will share expertise in basic and clinical neuroscience, as well as advanced research methodologies in innovative learning. The 6-day comprehensive program will feature lectures, demonstrations of modern laboratory techniques, including neurodegenerative animal models and extracellular recording of hippocampal brain slices for long-term potentiation measurement, and utilization of Eye Tracking Systems (ETS) to evaluate eye movement and enhance reading speed.

\nParticipants will engage in panel discussions covering topics such as research ethics, neurobiology, neurophysiology, neurochemistry, neuropsychology, neuropharmacology, and clinical neuroscience, alongside translational research in neuro-enhancement. During the weekend break, participants will have the chance to engage in a variety of cultural experiences, such as indulging in authentic Thai cuisine, admiring Thai temple art and architecture, exploring traditional Thai houses, and visiting museums that highlight the country's rich history and heritage. Whether they're exploring ancient temples, witnessing traditional ceremonies, or immersing themselves in contemporary art exhibitions, Thailand boasts a vibrant cultural landscape for visitors to explore and appreciate.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
